The T-Rex security alarm system is a perimeter protection system of the vibration monitoring type which is installed on the panel wire mesh fencing of the object. The system is designed to protect both small and long object perimeters that reach several dozens of kilometers. At this moment there are three system options that differ from the linear units by their information transfer channels to the system master controller:

 

• the system that transfers alarm information through a fourcore copper cable; Such systems are used to protect the perimeter of a short length – up to 3-4 kilometers;
• the system that is used as a communication line, a fiber-optic communication line with its own information logical protocol. Such a system is used to build an autonomous protection barrier for a perimeter of 30-40 km long;
• the system that uses the network structure Ethernet in its configuration. Such systems, as a rule, are used to create integrated hardware and software complexes for the perimeter and territory of long-distance objects.

 

 

 

Besides the inner algorithms of interference suppression caused by different meteorological factors, the system has its own block to compensate the weather changes in real-time such as the speed and direction of the wind, the rain and hail rate. It helps considerably decrease the probability of false alarms caused by the meteorological factors.
Every linear signal processing unit copes with the information from eight 100-meter protection zones and has 8 auxiliary output relays which control different executive appliances.

 

A wide signal processing dynamic range of the sensitivity and parameters helps us use the system with different kinds of fencing: chain link, welded and woven rolled mesh, directly with concertina razor wire, welded metal fencing, wooden fencing, etc.
The system’s protection lines help connect it with perimeter security announcers of different types with an output «dry» relay contact which helps us obtain security systems that consist of several technical endpoints based on different operating principles.
The high sensitivity of vibration sensors helps expand their operating range also to the anti-digging wire mesh fencing, which is securely connected with the main fencing, without the necessity to increase the number of sensors. The system is effectively applied in mountainous areas with the high intensity of thunderstorm statics and the high aggressivity of the environment (salt marshy steppe regions, seashore, perimeter of chemical plants).
The high reliability of the system is proved by a three-year guarantee term from the producer.
